Kind and hard working are the two main words to describe me because I understand the value of people and how vital they are for business. You need them to operate a facility and you need them to buy your goods. Through Scouting I learned how manage a team to complete a task by defining a set goal and encouraging them to reach it. Trough Life Guarding I learned the importance, customer satisfaction is to a businesses, and how important facility upkeep is. Lastly through becoming a Camp Councillor and working with special needs kids I learned how to be patient and new ways to communicate to help with the task at hand.
