While at LCP I have worked about half of my time on the Overhead Crew and half of my time on the Underground Crew. Also, for the last 3 years I have been a crew chief on the OH Construction Crew. Currently I am the Crew Chief for the Sand Lake Substation Project. I feel like since participating in the Cotton Substation Project as well as the Sand Lake Substation Project I have gained new skills and experiences. It has proven I am reliable, can problem solve and am self sufficient. I have been responsible for scheduling and coordinating outside contractors and fellow employees.
