Worked at Cricket Wireless as a sales representative and interacted with customers on daily basics. I was responsible for learning different phone brands and to troubleshoot phones but my primary focus was on selling and often utilizing prepared scripts and sales techniques to effectively communicate product benefits. After leaving i worked in Mr. E Appliance’s my duties included cleaning all machines and prepared them for painting to be like new as possible, lifting and moving machines to accommodate more inventory or delivery. Finally started working in roofing company firstly on the ground picking up trash and falling debris from workers on roof and ensuring all customer plants and decorations would not be damaged in the process. Occasionally going up to pass shingles where I was shown the process and steps of installing shingles after a year I was given the chance to put shingles next to and expert who made sure i install correctly I had to follow orders and safety precautions precisely when installing shingles and eventually learning enough to be able to put on my own.
