Executive Summary
With 15 years of experience in end-user training and Scrum/SAFe, with an emphasis on training in engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, insurance, and retail clients, I present a unique candidacy for this role. I have assisted in consulting on, developing, and deploying change management and training materials for Windows (XP, 7, 8, 10), Windows Server 2003|2008|2012, Exchange 2003|2010|2013|2016 Office, Office 365, and SharePoint systems. My core competencies address enterprise level change (OCM) in Agile/Scrum/SAFe teams by providing effective and engaging advanced data analysis in spreadsheet and database use. In addition to multi-year full-time on-site experience, I have provided consulting advice to clients regarding project design, implementation, and establishing metrics for tracking success. I determine how a team is working with core apps (especially Excel, ADS, and Power BI), how the team should work, and help accomplish this objective. When deploying a change, I perform a deep dive of the varying business units to determine the workflows in place, assess how the given change affects these workflows, and propose resolutions (as coexistence, permanent, or improved processes.) I have traveled internationally and remain eager to do so.
