● Review the Job Files in CRM that sales reps create to ensure accuracy and completeness.
● Flag all discrepancies and mistakes and communicate them in writing to the sales manager.
● Create a Materials Order Form using the standard template
● Request material quotes from suppliers and negotiate the best pricing.
● Send spec sheets to supplier with delivery expectations.
● Communicate with the homeowner about the expected delivery of materials. Attach a standard one-page document that provides instruction about production day (e.g., clear the driveway, designate a single entrance).
● Communicate all job activities (material drop, dumpster delivery, build schedule) to the appropriate sales rep and Site Supervisor. This includes copying him/her on all pertinent emails to customers, work crews, suppliers, and calling to inform him/her of other pertinent information.
● Check in with the rep of Site Supervisor/rep on production day to verify that materials are delivered. Be available to answer calls or occasionally go to the job site to manage any challenges that arise.
