• Company Overview: Eurofins Food Testing Madison is an industrial-scale wet chemistry and microbiology laboratory facility that processes food samples from all over the world and is part of the Eurofins US corporation.
• The Environmental Coordinator position supports the Environmental Health and Safety administration, which advocates for the safety of workers and enforces company policy to the satisfaction of all applicable OSHA and EPA regulations.
• As an intern, trained in hazardous waste management, and assigned independent projects.
• For one such example, a chemical inventory survey conducted with Microsoft spreadsheets as design and admin lead.

• As a student-athlete dining attendant, I am tasked with monitoring dining areas, exchanging prepared menu items on the service line, and proceeding with cleanup and closing procedures.
• During this employment period, I was a full-time student at UW Madison.

Company Overview: Darden Restaurants opened an Appleton East Side location in February of 2022.

• As a mix of professionals, borrowed staff, and inexperienced hires like myself, our common goal was to provide the exceptional Italian family dining experience that is an expectation at Olive Garden, Darden's highest-grossing flagship brand.
• Responsible for customer focused table service, POS accuracy, sales-driven mentality, and effortful teamwork.

• An opportunity to work for a growing business dedicated to providing children of all ages, and their families, a welcoming and clean environment for energetic swimming lessons.
• As a more experienced instructor, I was also assigned several trainees to share my experience.
• With WSA, I also became lifeguard and CPR certified with the American Red Cross (a two-year qualification that has expired).

• My employment experience with Festival Foods began as a bagger and cashier
• I assumed an active role on the job and stuck-to providing dedicated customer service and engaging with the detail oriented work environment
• As the pandemic closed restaurants in Spring of 2020, I was quickly brought onto Skogan's Festival Foods 'ClickN'Go' online shopping fulfillment team
• Needless to say: it was a bumpy ride at times
• I adapted to learning on the job as the software tools and service protocol shifted underfoot
