As a pediatric CNA at Camelot Care Center, I provide compassionate care for disabled children. I assist with activities of daily living, including oral care, dressing, repositioning patients, and ensuring proper body alignment for their comfort and safety. I advocate for my patients by making sure their needs are met, their voices are heard, and they receive compassionate, high quality care. I earned my CNA license through a year-long program during high school, which included one semester of classroom instruction and one semester of clinical training. During my clinicals, I gained hands-on experience caring for patients while developing strong communication, teamwork, time management, and patient care skills.
