Accomplishments

Supervised 25 joint military personnel in the execution of standing and ad-hoc high priority tasking, resulting in the production of over 2,000 technical reports, 2 subordinates being selected as Sailor/Employee of the Quarter and 3 personal decorations/awards, to include my selection as our division’s Electronic Warfare Expert.


Established a signals intelligence analysis line of effort critical to U.S. Seventh Fleet and national intelligence objectives. Supervising 25 Sailors to ingest, analyze, and report 2.3 million signals of interest, and producing 1,100 graphic analysis reports which enhanced overall Fleet threat awareness. Additionally, coordinated, organized, and scheduled team deployments totaling 284 days, training afloat personnel which enhanced operational and tactical plans and signal intelligence collection efforts.


Organized 2 teams deploying aboard 3 U.S. SEVENTH Fleet combatants across 2 separate battle groups during 2 experimental operations providing training to shipboard Navy personnel on systems configuration, coordinated experimentation efforts and provided technical input to key stakeholders holders and tactical and strategic decision makers. Our subject matter expertise ensured experiment objectives were successfully met and the capture of critical data which provided for the update to tactical doctrine, future operational planning and improved systems testing.


Supervised 53 subordinates in the successful execution of 7 critical intelligence missions aboard 4 platforms over the course of 316 days, conducting Chief of Naval Operations directed Special Operations. Our work culminated in the processing of over 198 high priority signals of interest satisfying 96 information needs established by NSA-CSS. As Supervisor, provided 1,200 hrs of training and mentorship to 40 team members to include ship’s personnel resulting in 8 system operator qualifications, 8 Warfare Qualifications, and 1 selection as Sailor/Employee of the quarter.
