Previously known as Solamar (a Kimpton property), the transition to Margaritaville required stringent adherence to the new brand standards. Leading a dedicated team, I managed the completion of over 200 critical tasks necessary for a successful opening. I delegated tasks to my management team and personally handled the more complex items. Each item was meticulously inspected and approved by me.
