-Responsible for maintaining shop's diagnostic hardware and software ensuring all factory programming is up to date and ready to be used at a moments notice.

-Continuously used factory level diagnostic software to ensure the most accurate diagnosis.

-Continuously solved problems/puzzles that arise during the normal day to day processes of repairing vehicles.

-Continued education and training, when available, that allowed shop to stay current with the ever changing systems of the automotive industry.

-Responsible for completing highly complex repairs that were beyond most technicians skillset.

-Responsible for ensuring shop had the proper equipment and supplies to allow for seamless daily automotive repair at the highest level.

-Worked with fellow technicians to troubleshoot and work through any and all problems that would arise.
