The main focus is the COURTHOUSE, which is a 565,000 SQUARE FOOT building that has 43 COURTROOMS, 35 JUDGES and has OFFICE SPACE for approximately 1,000 EMPLOYEES and an average of 6,000 VISITORS daily. LEAD INVESTIGATOR for threats against judicial staff.
Conducted a THREAT ASSESSMENT of the courthouse and improved the PHYSICAL SECURITY of the complex, SECURITY PROGTAM PLANNING, DEVELOPED EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLANS for the Fairfax County Public Safety Complex (COOP, ACTIVE SHOOTER, FIRE, EARTHQUAKE, and SHELTOR in PLACE). Developed the COURTHOUSE SECURITY COMMITTEE and is a key member.
