- Engaging with children throughout the whole 2 summers I have worked there. Getting know each kids favorite interests and skills and making sure they were having the best summer ever. Making sure the kids were protected all the time and stopping a camper if the activity they were doing was too dangerous in my eyes. I also kept track of allergies and making sure the correct meals and snacks were given to the campers.
