- Through the transition into Clarion’s new Ames facility I worked closely with the Plant manager and Manufacturing Engineers with the launch of a new Electrolux washer/dryer platform that encompassed over 30 molds
- Responsibilities included process and automation development, along with the training of new technicians on machine controls, processing and robotics
- Other activities included cycle time reductions, implementation of automation systems, end of arm tooling, robot programming, and tooling revisions
- Participated in new tool design reviews, corrective action teams, and continuous improvement teams.
