  • Accomplishments: Performed full employment lifecycle, strategic business partner administration for muti-state transportation systems (Maryland, New Jersey and Delaware), advising senior leadership on all people management directives and supporting 300 plus salaried and hourly employees (union and non-union) with all HR related acumen including providing local payroll and benefits support, in addition to managing all employee relations and engagement activities. Additional duties included recruitment for all hourly positions and executing all pre-hire requirements and onboarding initiatives.
  • Served as the Designated Employee Representative for multi-state locations, executing Department of Transportation related Drug and Alcohol compliance under the Federal Railroad Administration and Federal Transportation Administration.

  • Accomplishments: Directed and managed all labor relations for over 500 unionized hourly employees within the Middle River Aerostructure Systems (MRAS) thrust reverser and engine nacelle manufacturing facility.   • Provided day-to-day Union Relations support, leadership advice and counsel to management on all matters related to / involving administration and management of union represented employees. Successfully negotiated the Collective Bargaining Agreement during unprecedented industry financial constraints in 2020. Represented MRAS throughout all grievances and bargaining matters.
  • Assisted with all labor matters pertaining to the Union such as, arbitration hearings, NLRB hearings, discipline review boards, etc. and other functional work groups such as Compensations, Benefits, Staffing, etc. in matters pertaining to union represented employees.
  • Provided direct HR management for all hourly employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including orienting new hires, approving and executing all disciplinary actions and advising managers on all HR related acumen.
