• Owner’s representative experience with responsibility of managing a ground up 71-million-dollar residential project in NYC. Sole PM experienced in managing the CM, Architect, Engineer, and all required consultants from foundation to C.O. Ensuring CM buyout is leveled and on Budget. Championed VE process with over 1mm savings. Managing daily operations, and billings in Yardi RE Accounting System. Proactively monitoring/forecasting budget in Yardi. Liase with legal counsel. Involved in establishing GMP. Creation of monthly reports for Execs and stakeholders. Management of loan draw.

• Hired to send out RFPs, prequalify, scope and write scope Exhibits and buy out of all trades including, MEP, Exterior Curtain Wall, Structural Steel and Concrete experience. Created project schedule on MS Project. Successfully involved in 10% V.E. reduction. Running of weekly meetings with direct reports. Obtained all major shop drawing approval before project discontinued.

• Recognized by executive leaders for successful execution of renovation and redevelopment projects, which warranted a promotion from Assistant Project Manager (PM) to Project Manager. Awarded second Tower based on exceptional team performance at Manhattan West. Obtain extensive knowledge in regarding MEP and Structures.

• Finalized submittal packages prior to A/E review, developed Tracking Logs, generated RFIs to resolve construct-ability, and aligned ceiling plans with aesthetic design. Participated in meetings with Italian Marble manufacturers and BIM Coordination meetings.
