Oversaw end to end aviation operations to ensure the seamless sustainment support and reverse logistics. Leveraging Microsoft, Google, and federal systems for logistics, transportation, and strategic planning to ensure task completion, leading to the largest reception and mobilization since 2001: 50 tracker trailers loads, 43 weapon systems positioned, 4,000 personnel integrated. Established organizations first Logistics Operations division and analyzed requirements to drive Homeland Defense and Defense Support to Civil authorities. Achieved optimization of $1M worth of assets storage, inventory and security in warehouse, along with fleet management processes, facilitating cross department training for 4,000 personnel.

Reviewed fiscal allocation and budget expenditures for 8 departments, resolving conflicts with financial leads and Citi-Bank, ensuring sustainability of a $300,000 account annually.

Guided and integrated Human Resources, Contracting, IT support, supply and warehouse management, aviation and logistics expertise to plan and execute international operations. Establishing relationships with 3PL providers and international suppliers for project completion, propelling asset distribution across 4 nations to cement national security objectives.

Collaborated with a team of 4 to ensure smooth departmental operations, while transferring 50,000 vital decision-making data points from planning documents into concise PowerPoint presentations, enabling strategic placement of Air Force fleet and assets.

Responsible for the efficient oversight of $200K-worth information technology inventory across two agencies. Streamlined logistics operations including transportation planning, fuel distribution coordination, packaging optimization and international contract facilitation.
