Job Tasks

• Inspect used trucks coming back from the field to generate parts lists required to repair the truck.
• Remove and replace defective and standard components on Crown lift trucks in an assembly line/manufacturing environment.
• Prep trucks for painting, which includes steam cleaning and repairing damage to metal surfaces.
• Use welder and grinder to repair structural and cosmetic issues on lift trucks during the encore process.
• Use acetylene torch to heat metal in the process of removing dents from metal surfaces on crown lift trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Tasks

• Assemble wire harness to print and worksheet specifications
• Perform pre and post checks
• Test board to verify continuity and quality of product.
• Program and/or set up machine to cut, number, and terminate wire.
• Measure wires/sleeving to proper length and cut with foot cutter.
• Perform other work as assigned.
