Currently at work developing the curriculum for an apprenticeship pilot, in collaboration with several social services agencies, including Abode, Bay Area Furniture Bank; Destination:Home and Street Team Enterprises.

Focused on career opportunities within the Supply Chain, this curriculum provides the in-class education component of the Apprenticeship, which will take place at the BAFB warehouse. In addition to helping clients to develop warehouse skills, the curriculum will also focus on general career development and "soft" skills, such as Digital Literacy, Professionalism, Communication and basic resume and interviewing workshops.

Presented the "Roots of Success" Environmental Literacy course curriculum to incarcerated adults at the Maple Street Correctional Center, Redwood City, CA.

Supplemented course content with additional context and media, including research, articles, video and class discussions.

Took regular attendance and transferred relevant data to Salesforce. Collected surveys and analyzed feedback to continuously improve the student experience.

Mentored students, monitored individual student progress, and adapted course content to accommodate different learning styles

Administered group assessments regularly to gauge students' comprehension of core concepts

Developed rapport with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures, including jail personnel and administrators.
