Changed burnout compressors on small drinking fountains and Liebert data room HVAC equipment. Repaired air handlers, VAV units, replaced motors. Maintained cooling towers. Monitored building automation system and chiller operation.

Strong knowledge and experience in refrigeration, performing repairs and compressor replacement and installation on DX refrigeration systems.

Completed electrical maintenance and repair: lighting ballast, switches, receptacles, motor controls, fused disconnects.

Maintain building operation for safety and efficiency.

Direct and supervise personnel and vendors.

Inspect completed work for quality assurance conformance.

Implement and instruct emergency procedures, including fire life safety programs for tenants and/or buildings.

Strong knowledge in commercial air handlers, chillers, VAV or reheat box systems, electrical motors replacement or repair, exhaust/supply fan and VFD controls, troubleshoot Pneumatic and DDC control systems.
