• Assisted in recruiting and hiring over 3000 employees through the onboarding process which included conducting "I-9" verification and registering each employee in the payroll system and company database.
• Planned, organized, and led large-scale company orientations, including facility tours.
• Performed meticulous payroll verifications to ensure each employee got their paychecks within designated pay periods.
• Collaborated closely with my manager to assist in implementing data-driven initiatives in Human Resources. For example, optimizing the hiring process velocity, forecasting employee capacity, performance metrics, etc...
