When I started at Frito Lay I wanted to make a real change in my life. I have enjoyed my time here thus far, and i thought sales was my answer. In April of last year I received the opportunity to re-use my management skills and took the current position in Operations. I enjoy working for a company that is this well established and organized. I now realize that I have a desire for higher management and can serve the company better in that role.
Managed 2 service technicians and up to 4-2-man installation crews. I performed all estimates and ordered materials in order to make these installations profitable. I also handled all interviews for new talent, and took care of all employee relations.
