When I started at Frito Lay I wanted to make a real change in my life. I have enjoyed my time here thus far, and i thought sales was my answer. In April of last year I received the opportunity to re-use my management skills and took the current position in Operations. I enjoy working for a company that is this well established and organized. I now realize that I have a desire for higher management and can serve the company better in that role.

Managed 2 service technicians and up to 4-2-man installation crews. I performed all estimates and ordered materials in order to make these installations profitable. I also handled all interviews for new talent, and took care of all employee relations.

Managed 6-2man crews including material ordering and inventory control. Also performed in person supervision in order to facilitate job completion for maximum profit.

My partners and I performed many remodeling tasks and even built 5 new homes. I actually did most of the bidding and job costing in order to make the business profitable.

After being promoted to Operations Manager, I supervised up to 13-2man crews and 2-service technicians. I did jobsite duct design and made material lists needed for each job. I also handled all personnel management and discipline needed for the men under my supervision.
