  • Initially hired on as a Product Service Associate, where I executed merchandising task set forth by the company, team grew over the years allowing me the opportunity to become the Product Service Supervisor, and the manager of an area team for a short time working in various Lowe's locations until 2018 when they relaunched the program as the MST team where I became the Merchandise Service Manager an hourly position, where my responsibilities included leading a team of eighteen individuals, scheduling them in Kronos, conducting performance reviews, coaching and training, as well as directing them in service tasks in high performing sales areas, and the execution of corporate resets and directives determined by the company.
