  • Management of day to day preventive and corrective maintenance operations that are essential on the continuous and without interruption of all the essential building services needed by the Client
  • Coordinate with specialized third party maintenance Contractors about the maintenance schedule, permits, safety and security protocol on Client premises
  • Ensures that all safety procedures being implemented within the premises are being followed at all times, from permit to work, job safety briefing, personal protective equipment and isolation requirements prior to implementation of the planned or scheduled activity
  • Coordinate with Client and their representatives of the issues regarding operation and maintenance either preventive or corrective which could affect the normal operation of the Client’s business operations
  • Make sure that all tickets or work orders generated by the Client are completed within the required time frame
  • Make sure that all the Planned Preventative Maintenance activity scheduled by the Client are being performed properly and completed on time
  • Support Client on their daily operation requirement

  • Manage facility maintenance team on site and ensures that all are properly working to address Client's concern with emphasis on their safety while performing the activity

  • In-charge of all Mechanical and HVAC Systems proper operation and maintenance as Maintenance Contractor for Primary Health Care Corporation - PHCC
  • Attending progress meetings together with the Client project management team for Mechanical and HVAC systems and discuss current issues and concerns at different Health Centres, where mitigation and corrective action plans are discussed and approved for implementation
  • Responsible for the implementation of Mechanical and HVAC Planned Preventative Maintenance works at PHCC Health Centres
  • Providing technical support to Clients / Site Supervisors regarding Mechanical and HVAC issues
  • Attending emergency calls and site incidents which required immediate attention
  • Reviewing and verifying technical and incident reports generated regarding Mechanical and HVAC concerns from Regional Engineers and Site Supervisors, and SSP prior submission to Client
  • Ensuring that the scheduled PPM is being performed by the maintenance team correctly and efficiently
  • Managing all Mechanical and HVAC assets, manpower and scheduling for smooth maintenance operation

  • Orient discipline supervisors about the importance of the PPM documents and proper implementation of such
  • Prepare and schedule manpower for the project’s corrective maintenance requirements
  • Prepare / order spare parts and consumable materials needed for the project
  • Create monthly performance report based on the data gathered through the CMMS logs
  • Create notification with root cause analysis reports on issues encountered by the maintenance team during routine maintenance activities.
