Served as the Chief of Command-and-Control Information Systems, where I was responsible for planning and managing advanced communication systems for the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. My role involved ensuring that different systems worked well together, especially for special operations and nuclear planning.

Led initiatives to maintain and enhance critical communication networks, which included top-secret systems for global command and control. Additionally, I chaired a panel that assessed and validated audio and visual communication needs for eight divisions and the Joint Operations Center.

Worked as the First Sergeant for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Center at Camp Humphreys. In this role, I planned and oversaw the installation and maintenance of all communication equipment in the area. I advised leadership on personnel matters and ensured our team was ready for operations.

Responsible for the training, safety, and professional development of a team that included 72 soldiers, six KATUSA personnel, eight Army civilians, and 44 Korean nationals and their families. I also managed the upkeep and accountability of 10 vehicles and communication equipment valued at over $56 million.

I served as the COMSEC Readiness Non-Commissioned Officer for the Communications Branch at FORSCOM. In this role, I developed and managed the COMSEC (Communications Security) program for the organization. I created policies to ensure effective implementation by both the FORSCOM staff and subordinate units.

I researched and evaluated policies and procedures that affect COMSEC operations, and advised management on issues that could impact operations and contingency support. Additionally, I developed short- and long-term plans for managing the COMSEC program, including life-cycle management. I also documented the necessary resources, such as hardware, software, personnel, and training, needed to effectively implement and maintain the program.
