• Job duties included preventive and predictive maintenance of various CNC grinders, heat treat ovens both quench and draw furnaces, screw machines, assemblies, and facilities equipment
• Install and fabricate machines for production
• Did building maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and building repairs.

• Operate various injection, and assembly machines according to production schedule
• Was promoted to Rubber Mixing Tech to start up and run this new operation in early 2006.

• Job duties include preventive maintenance of rubber and plastic injection machines, and various assembly machines
• Diagnosing and replacement/repair of contactor's, motor starters, relays, safety switches, power supplies, transformers, and capacitors
• Rebuild vacuum pumps, water pumps, heat transfer pumps, transfer cases, and ai/hydraulic cylinders
• Fabricate equipment and various items that support production such as, tables, scrap lockers, cat walks, mold/die carts
• Use Allen Bradley software for SLC 500 and 5000 to troubleshoot problems with machine logic
• Work on and troubleshoot a variety of injection molding, both rubber and plastic, assembly and paint machines that bond rubber to metal
• Assist our Electrical Engineers with troubleshooting and repairing FANUC robots.

As a member of facilities team, my duties include but not limited to. Maintaining 3 buildings local and one in Findlay which include 7 air compressors, 4 air dryers, 2 water towers, 2 boilers, 6 air make up units with heat, numerous roof and wall exhausts, 3 back up generators, shipping/receiving docks, machine moves including hookups, building lights inside and out, RTU's and furnace AC units, toilet problems, and more.
