
I've worked in the restaurant business for almost 10 years. After a few years working front of house, I picked up an interest in kitchen work. Learning new things and picking up different skills to help better myself for the future. Working in the front I offer the ability to thrive under pressure while keeping myself professional and maintain a healthy environment for the guest/team members. Working in the kitchen I offer knowledge as a cook, bringing excellent cooking, food handling, and sanitation skills. Maintaining maximum quality in the kitchen under pressure and making sure the customer leaves satisfied.
