Also while I wasn't busy I was asked by the Commander of the Naval base to enter their supply requests. and also did the supply request for another division for overtime.
Took phone calls from customers and technicians regarding broken equipment, paging techs to the problems. Techs called back in for status of problems. and entered that information, was the trainer for all customer service reps that were hired,
wrote a users manual for reservationists for Las Vegas hotel systems ie. Circus Circus, Rivera, and Four Queens. , Help solve problems regarding anomalies with the front desk and reservation systems, Was stationed in Las Vegas for approximately 7 months worked 24/7 when needed,
Entered all reservations in a Micro Z hotel computer system, opened mail, took suite reservation, help coordinate conventions and enter teletype. worked 2nd shift . Began doing maintenance on the hotel computers on 3rd shift i became the asst manager for reservations which entailed sending out new reservations, filing, opening more mail. and set up everything for the new 1st shift
