Auditioned and directed a diverse group of 22 actors including children, teenagers, and adults for a community event planned for the annual "Scare on the Square" event in Bulloch County. Worked with Averitt Center staff on scheduling, rehearsals, locating and ordering costumes, finding and building props and set pieces, and selecting sound effects and lighting, for performances.

• Planned and delivered lessons to beginning and advanced theatre students, guiding classes from the basics through staging and technical elements for school and competition performances.
• Managed classroom behavior to establish and maintain clear classroom behavior and discipline expectations.
• Created supportive and inclusive learning environments to foster positive classrooms that support student growth and learning.
• Coordinated auditorium events, assisted with lighting, sound, and staging elements for meetings, system-wide training events, pageants, assemblies, and fine arts performances.
• Sponsored "Bring Change 2 Mind" Club, focused on promoting positive mental health.
• Directed Georgia High School Association (GHSA) Competition Events including One Act Play and Literary (dramatic monologue, comedic monologue, and duo) for 17 years.

• Created lessons, reviews, and tests for three classes of fifth grade students in math, vocabulary, and English.
• Helped students learn real-life skills, responsibilities, and consequences with a teacher created checkbook system incorporated into math lessons.
• Assisted the music teacher with choreography and acting scenes for annual Christmas performances, Georgia Day, and Grandparents' Day.
• Voluntarily directed one or two end-of-the year plays involving 20 to 60 fifth grade students to create excitement for the last part of the school year.
• Frequently created and directed Christian skits for lower school chapel services, targeted for kindergarten through fifth grade.
