At SANA Srl, the following analytical determination were carried out daily:

- Analysis on bovine, sheep and goat milk

- Analysis for the classification of Oliver oil

- Pathogen research (Salmonella app, Listeria monocytogenes, Escheria Coli) in food

- Chemical analysis for the drafting of nutritional labeling (regarding ce 1169/11)

During this experience I learnt how to analyze the milk of different kinds of animals, how to make microbiological and chemical analysis on food and how to analyze water potability. This experience was challenging. It makes me realize how interesting it is working in laboratories. This is the reason why I decided to study biology in the future. Also, studying Latin in high school provided me with insights into English vocabulary, the structure and meaning of English words. Since medical and chemistry terminology, mostly derived directly from Latin, it was helpful for me learning Latin.
