•Conduct intakes and complete Individual Service Strategies
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 75 participants, including bi-weekly check-ins and referrals to address
barriers to employment
• Provide individualized guidance for participants in their pursuit of college and/or career opportunities,
including close collaboration with the Job Developer, Education Specialist, and relevant community partners
and resources
• Complete and submit a monthly case note for each participant, per DYCD standards
• Collect and submit quarterly attainments for each participant, per DYCD standards
• Coordinate with Director and Education Specialist to prepare cohort schedules, including: training,
administration/proctoring, and validation of credentials to be achieved through program activities
