Government Contracts Intern (Finance)

- I worked with the government satellite contracts team in all aspects of the business: procurement, negotiation, and data analysis. Notably, I created a tool that allowed the team to predict and visualize all negotiation terms and aspects of FFP and CPFF contracts, specifically for cost predictions. The tool is still in use by the team today.
- Also worked on a project with a fellow intern, where we met with several project managers to collect information, data, and opinions. With this, we created a training program that new interns and Project Managers could refer to in order to more effectively join the team.
Environment Health and Safety Summer Intern

- While working with RTX, I was put in charge of designing and implementing new procedures, sitewide. I worked with a team to ensure the site passed an annual audit inspection, and helped brainstorm solutions to any problems that arose from the audit. I also worked with the executive directors of the site to brainstorm solutions and solve problems in the site’s culture. From this, I created a biweekly mental wellness check procedure that was active and positively impacted the site.
