- IT Daily Management: Oversee daily IT operations for software development team, Fab automation team, MES team, and database team, ensuring continuous system availability across Fabwise. Managed user requirements, projects, issue resolution, system modernization planning, and etc.
- Project Management: Led strategic projects including the 50k tool installation, development of the Advanced Process Control (APC) system, and upgrade of Generation 3 automation across the fab. Managed cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and seamless integration, optimizing fab operations.
- The tools utilized were Scrum, Confluence, Jira and a self-built Passdown system.
