Summary

With over two decades of progressive experience in the airline industry, I bring a proven track record of leadership, operational excellence, and team development. My career began in 2000 as a Ramp Agent with United Airlines, where I quickly advanced to the position of Lead Ramp Agent in 2003. Demonstrating adaptability and leadership capabilities, I accepted temporary assignments as a Supervisor from 2005 to 2007 during peak operational periods. In 2010, I was promoted to a permanent Supervisor role, which I held until my early retirement in 2021 due to the impact of COVID-19. Driven by a passion for aviation, I rejoined the industry in 2023 as a Fleet Agent for Envoy Airlines before transitioning to my current position as a Supervisor with Southwest Airlines. Throughout my tenure, I consistently demonstrated expertise in supervising and coordinating operations, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring regulatory compliance in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. My ability to foster a culture of safety, mentor teams to achieve operational goals, and drive efficiency through streamlined workflows has been a hallmark of my career. Deeply committed to the aviation industry, I am dedicated to contributing to its success by leveraging my leadership skills, operational expertise, and unwavering focus on safety and efficiency.
