  • Integrated technologies into SS&C’s new acquisitions extending middle office capabilities to existing clients and consolidating data management.
  • Created middle office outsource business to serve traditional asset management managers, insurance companies and sell side banks adding $40 million revenue per annum.
  • Built valuation control process and technology, coordinated with industry groups, authored the AIMA valuation transparency guidelines.
  • Brought STP technology to significantly improve various trade processing functions, such as trade capture, matching, valuations, derivatives processing, corporate actions, collateral management, etc.

  • Conceived of using fixed coupon CDS instruments as a way to compress the number of outstanding CDS. This resulted in BlueMountain proposing the industry standardize around 100bp and 500bp CDS.
