• Updated technologies and organizational processes to respond to important industry changes in derivatives processing, such as Uncleared Margin Rules, LIBOR Replacement, Derivatives Clearing, Trade Compression, etc.
• Integrated technologies into SS&C’s new acquisitions extending middle office capabilities to existing clients and consolidating data management.
• Created middle office outsource business to serve traditional asset management managers, insurance companies and sell side banks adding $40 million revenue per annum.
• Built valuation control process and technology, coordinated with industry groups, authored the AIMA valuation transparency guidelines.
• Brought STP technology to significantly improve various trade processing functions, such as trade capture, matching, valuations, derivatives processing, corporate actions, collateral management, etc.

• Built Operations, Risk Management and P&L groups from scratch.
• Wrote and implemented the operations blueprint at the inception of the BlueMountain funds
• Authored and presented 'Risk and Operations Procedures' to prospective investors and at due diligence meetings
• Released $900m of encumbered collateral by creating the first risk-based portfolio margining agreements for credit derivatives with Prime Brokers and negotiating stress test scenarios with PB risk groups.
• Represented BlueMountain on the interbank Operations Management Group (OMG), working with the Federal Reserve to bring greater efficiency to the post trade environment and reduce systemic risk.
• Conceived of using fixed coupon CDS instruments as a way to compress the number of outstanding CDS. This resulted in BlueMountain proposing the industry standardize around 100bp and 500bp CDS.

• Implemented 'NumeriX Inside' strategy arranging partnerships with key software vendors as an outlet for the NumeriX products and support.
• Managed NY office, including sales, customer service and administrative staffs and participated in driving future software development

• Head trader managing the Interest Rate and Cross Currency desks
• Served on several industry and regulatory working groups, including the MFA, AIMA, ICI.
