Water resources management specialist with over 40 years of international experience in irrigation, drainage, dam safety, flood management, and integrated water resources management. Contributed to the World Bank's global water agenda since 1996, focusing on improving irrigation services, institutional reforms, and infrastructure modernization to address competing water uses and climate change. Previous experience with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) on irrigation design, construction, and capacity building. Extensive work in more than 30 countries across all regions except LAC, including long-term field-based assignments in Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana.
