As the Finance Director my responsibilities included but were not limited to: Submitting, structuring, funding and staying compliant with every deal contracted at the dealership, creating and maintaining a lasting beneficial relationships with financial institutions, registering all aftermarket, ancillary, and service contracts with the proper companies, coaching and development of the team, as well timely billing, while maintaining a high CSI with a clean CIT.
As the New Car Director I had a plethora of responsibilities including but not limited
to: Driving new car sales, Penciling and structuring car deals (new and used),
Maintaining inventory, RDRing all new car sales, Adding and removing Ford Courtesy
Rental Units from the program and choosing which vehicles are most profitable to use,
Setting and achieving sales goals both for the department and sales team, Consistent
sales training, Claiming rebates, and grossing as much as possible every time.
As a finance manager my responsibilities include structuring and submitting car deals,
signing and staying compliant on said deals, and funding and billing these deals in a
timely manner. Other responsibilities are maximizing profit while maintaining product
penetration, closing car deals on the sales floor when not actively billing or submitting
a deal, and building and maintaining relationships with lenders.
