Hi, I'm Jordan, grew up starting to work at my dad's flood restoration business at 10 years old. Worked full-time for the most part for 15 years, learning a great work ethic, communication skills, solving problems on the spot, and working through a lot of chaos in the background. Studied interior finish carpentry at Hennepin Tech, eventually graduated with diploma in that area... but recently have wanted to start going back into interior finish carpentry full-time. - Removed moldy walls, cabinets, base boards, carpeting, flooring.

- Adding appropriate amount of equipment to complete each project in certain amount of time.
- Measuring mold projects for estimation
- Working with company and clients on what to expect about completion.
- Worked to mitigate water to dry out carpet, walls, baseboards, cabinets, and any other interior features.
- Removed padding, sections of walls, bring in equipment to help with drying.
- On-call for emergency floods day and night.
- Once dry, install new padding, re-install carpet, new baseboards, walls (if taken down), ceilings, cabinets.
- Worked with lots of tenants, managers, homeowners to get the job done in effecient time, to come to aggreement on what's best for the situation.
- Traveling all over the city for locations to work at. Very familiar with the cities.
