Greet all customers as they enter the store. Answer and direct all incoming phone calls. Ensure all front end operations are run smoothly. Handle all returns, exchanges, and customer complaints to ensure a happy shopping experience. Handling money transactions including but not limited to customer orders, western union transactions, lottery transactions, and opening and closing the store cash office.
