Firearms & Defensive Tactics: Maintain proficiency in firearms, defensive tactics, and non-lethal tools, achieving a 95-100% qualification score in annual firearms training and certifications.
Crisis Intervention: Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage high-stress situations involving mental health crises or volatile individuals, successfully disarming said individuals and preventing physical confrontations leading to uses of force.
