I volunteered at the Bountiful Community Food Pantry, and at Welfare Square in Salt Lake City.

At the BCFP, I organized foods and received and loaded trucks with food orders and helped stock the pantry area with food that met health and safety requirements for patrons with food needs.

At Welfare Square, I was trained and certified to operate a forklift to help maintain warehouse organization and to ensure the proper pallets of food items were cycled through in order to prevent food from going bad, and to prevent food going to patrons to expire quickly. I also assisted in receiving and loading pallets of food items, then sorting them into the warehouse and documenting it. I also helped with the front area and assisted patrons in ensuring they received the necessary food items by walking them through the storehouse, inspecting food items such as produce, and properly documenting what was or was not taken by the patrons. I also assisted in creating training modules for other service missionaries in various responsibilities, as well as training missionaries one-on-one.

• Serviced customer vehicles quickly and accurately to meet daily appointment schedules.
• Repaired tires to avoid costly replacements by patching, plugging and replacing valves.
