Process all nationwide repair reqProvide nationwide support for the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) activity to customers and other Fleet personnel on a diverse range of technical, administrative, and analytical functions related to the MCC program
Coordinates vehicle maintenance and repairs serving all GSA Fleet customers through a national maintenance control system
Serves as primary point of contact for the MCC function and exercise judgment to provide and gather factual and procedural information and data
Provides quality, timely customer assistance by researching program related records, various data system information and customer histories, and interviewing designated contacts, including customer agency representatives to provide follow-up information regarding MCC operations
Acts as a front-line monitor to assess the overall efficiency of the national vehicle maintenance program, with a special emphasis on controlling costs
Receives Automated Call Directory (ACD) and direct in calls from customer agency representatives, contractors, cross-service federal agencies, Fleet Management Centers, repair facilities, service writers, and vehicle operators concerning vehicle maintenance requirements
