The main focus of the marinator position is to ensure that the production line you are assigned to has a continuous flow of marinated chicken. Additional responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that the paperwork pertaining to ingredient quantity and quality, marinade mixtures, and chicken usage are properly filled out and that the proper temperature and times are being recorded accurately
• Training operators on proper procedure for mixing ingredients, loading chicken into hoppers, operating tumblers, and operating nitrogen blenders.
• Maintaining a constant line of communication with the line Supervisor, lead and shipping to determine the best outcome for any particular issues that arise

The primary goal of a machine operator is to know how to operate any machine on the production line, ranging from breader machines to nitrogen blenders. Specific responsibilities include:

• Maintaining general cleanliness of work area
• Ensuring that machines were full of product and were working at maximum efficiency
• Notifying supervisors and maintenance of any issues with the machines, whether there were broken wires on the belts or the machine running poorly
• Freezing chicken in nitrogen blenders to the proper consistency and temperature specified for the specific product, and unload the frozen chicken into bins
• Training new operators on ways to operate machines in the most safe and efficient ways

Responsibilities of a Yard Hand Include:

• Maintaining a clean and safe lumber yard
• Assisting customers with their orders, including loading their purchases into their vehicles or trailers. Also assisted customers in finding and selecting the proper product they required.
• Assisting yard managers with preparing delivery orders
• Assisting delivery drivers on certain deliveries that required hand unloading.

Responsibilities of a Stocker include:

• Doing basic janitorial duties inside the main building of the lumber yard (sweeping and mopping)
• Stocking a wide range of inventory ranging from lumber and bags of concrete to paint and water heaters.
• Adjusting price tags of products inside if prices had changed.

Responsibilities of being a yard hand include:

• Maintaining a clean and safe lumber yard
• Assisting customers with their orders, including loading their purchases into their vehicles or trailers. Also assisted customers in finding and selecting the proper product they required.
• Assisting yard managers with preparing delivery orders
• Assisting delivery drivers on certain deliveries that require hand unloading.
