Alongside my project management teams, I planned and installed several large high profile projects. Including CHOA support tower 1, CHOA support tower 2, Emory MSK, UGA Stem, I also assisted several other foreman during this time.

We utilized very heavy spec review to attain understanding of written requirements of the projects. Any discrepancies we utilized the rfi process to clarify.

Use of blue beam revu to overlay drawings, compare contract documents to shop drawings, utilizing Smartsheet and outlook to communicate findings with virtual construction department. Ensure system would function I.E units were sized properly, test and balance would be able to perform their duties with minimal go backs.

Use of batch drawings to accommodate project needs, and give field teams a visual of what material was coming, often times used goal drawings to break down the batch drawings into daily goals.

Use of 3 week look aheads to ensure we didn’t miss any milestones/tool and material needs.

Use of redline drawings to aid the “as built” process.
