- Oversees proficiency in laboratory testing/makes adjustments for measurable laboratory improvements to meet the company requirements and is responsible for daily adherence to all aspects of the quality management system
- Conducted monthly internal audits (for over 2+ years) and is in charge of monitoring overall traceability in our laboratories (such as tracking critical materials and laboratory equipment)
- Monitors and helps address compliance issues
- Successfully created a handful of strategic improvement plans (with quantifiable goals) for our laboratory system structure (such as adjusting our media quality systems so that multiple checks from many analysts will ensure the quality of media testing goes beyond expectations)
- Implements instructive changes often (such as client preferences and verbally communicates regularly with our team and clients to the reinforcement of continuous improvements in our laboratory service and our management system)
