I believe what sets me apart from colleagues is that I always approach a task with the attitude that "a job well done is its own reward" and always endeavor to complete a task thoroughly to the best of my ability.

I am confident managing other colleagues, offering mentoring and leadership and dealing with any issues that may arise as a Duty Manager. I would say that I have very few skill gaps as a Step-Up and am very proud to say I was, and remain, extremely proactive in upskilling myself with the help of more experienced colleagues.

I would say I am a very flexible employee and willing to do my part for my team and store to thrive and deliver the Big 6.

Something about my career that I think is unique is that at one point I had completed every single module on click and learn, out of a desire to learn more about the business and further develop my "tesco instincts" and I think this gave me a great sense of how the company likes to approach any and all situations.

I think something unique I bring to the workplace is my focus on tidiness and cleanliness, and I love how Tesco's expectations when it comes to clean tidy stores let me thrive and unleash my passion for a great place to shop and work.

A personal achievement I am proud of is vastly increasing our store's incident reporting. After raising this in a forum, and with advice from our area manager, our store implemented a new system to capture and report incidents that has been much more effective. Colleagues feel safer and store shrink metrics have fallen.
