Initially started as an entry level employee, quickly established my previous retail and customer service experience into management and expanded device repairs, learned fundamentals of diagnostic services and motherboard failures on iphones and Apple tablets. worked closely with a board technician to understand and learn how microsoldering diagnostic is performed as well as the repairs. Worked in a corporate warehouse to repair devices for palm beach county school board. including Laptop and ipad repairs, software wiping and configuring firewall services for students.
