Helped launch two major accounting software's Resware and Intacct to further advance progression of invoicing accuracy. Arranged monthly invoicing by identifying the customer and amount billed by inspecting any inaccuracies from information provided. Well versed with various banking programs including Bank of America, PNC and BB&T Truist. In the event a document was returned it was crucial to update systems so that maximum accuracy was maintained. Document research and organization for yearly internal audits allowed myself and Team to preform at our highest abilities, this enabled us to serve our customers with expert support. Processed multiple carrier deliveries daily assuring all payments were given immediate attention. Attended Team meetings to go over updates in various systems or newly enlisted procedures. This activity produced heightened knowledge and group communication. Met monthly goals and deadlines to ensure final product was proficient and at a level of quality that we could confidently stand behind.
