- Managing - I was a manager at Chipotle from August 2022 until November 2025 and I have been a manager at Arby's from November 2025 until now I learned there how to manage a store and the workers on shift I learned good routines and amazing time management skills I also have been doing the same thing as a manager at Arby's the past couple months
- Communication - From being a manager at multiple restaurants, I have learned how to communicate with my staff, and customers I excelled in my customer service and was the first person to help with a customer whenever they had an problem that needed solved
- Training - I trained many crew members and even other managers I learned the best ways to train people and found out the different ways they learned best, so that they could become the best they could be at the position I was teaching them
- Hiring - I interviewed many people for jobs and asked questions to find out whether they were a good fit for the store or not
- Responsibility - I often was responsible for up to 10 workers at chipotle at a time, and made sure the store ran properly and every worker was doing their jobs correctly I had to maintain great attendance and professionalism to maintain manager positions for so long
