  • Supervising a four-person finance team that manages a budget of roughly 60 million dollars. In addition, we ensure the financial integrity of our grant deployments and monitor the tax cap of charitable donations.
  • Led the execution of our ERP implementation project to switch from Great Plains to Business Central and integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CE.
  • Led the implementation of Solver to automate our overall budget process, our compensation budget, and financial reporting.
  • Implemented PowerBI reporting to create Ad Hoc reports from Solver and Business Central. These reports help us track our Life To Date (LTD) reporting which, is crucial for tracking our investment deployments versus our investment commitments.
  • Implemented ACH payments to speed up our payments to our vendors.

  • Executed two capital improvement projects (Installed solar panels and replaced dirt mounds with artificial mounds) for the Youth Baseball Academy Facility, which lowered our facility department expenses by roughly 20%.
  • Created COVID-19 policies during the height of the pandemic, which allowed the Academy to safely return to hosting students on campus for the fall semester of 2020.

  • Implemented a new CRM system for the athletics department to increase work efficiency across campus, improve record-keeping for NCAA reporting, and increase our development footprint with our alumni.
  • Collaborated with a local bus company to create a stable of more bus drivers and create more efficiency in booking travel for our teams.
  • Led the project to digitize our records to create safer keeping of our documents.
