  • Taking inbound calls from clients who have completed credit auto application or have questions about next steps for there auto purchase path or questions about rates and terms or status application is in. Also speak to Dealerships inquiring about different processes or inquires needed to proceed.
  • If applicant has completed application and now calling in to ask how it works or Bank Of America has told them to call us because there is addition information needed to proceed then go over what client is calling on behalf of and assist accordingly, I handle specifically dealer purchase and refinancing applications. other types of applications such as private party or lease buy out and non preferred dealer or independent dealer and small business is transferred to loan officer who handles those loans.
  • Once I'm in application I have to proceed through call flow to establish application, assign and service application. this consists of asking questions from client verifying information that was provided on application. and then setting up client for next steps to complete their purchase at preferred dealer or process External or Internal Refinance. That consists of negotiating APR/Terms with client and establishing clear understanding of how bank will proceed at agreed APR and terms to move forward.
  • I have to execute verbal plan to client and how and what is needed to proceed that may consist of different documents needed such as residency or proof of income or vehicle registration or loan payoff information those are just some of examples i would need to go over with my clients.
  • I perform extensive review of applicant with communicating stipulations set by underwriters and clearing review reasons. this process done by review of clients personal information through security systems that access and run data through and if I cant verify information there are processes I will go through and I will process decline application if I cant proceed or verify information.
  • After Authentication process is completed and we have everything needed to proceed to finalize deal I generate dealer letter that client can give to dealer to create a sign and drive. I Also Follow up with clients who still need to be notified of what documents are still needed or documents that have been received that are not valid and inform client according this consists of service calls that i handle that just consist of client calling to check up on their application and documents that they sent if they have been reviewed or not. Once every 2 weeks I am a LOFU and for half day I follow up with clients making outbound calls to gather missing documents or steps missed from clients first call. I then have to route application to other departments according and they review sent in documents or create contracts.
  • I work with underwriters everyday because certain processes will put application in underwriting status and that status needs to be cleared by them. I also value out collateral meaning vehicle I have to follow process to determine value of used or new vehicle and updating that can counter offer deal or decline application if its not with in our guidelines and requirements.
  • I also get verbal payoff's by calling clients lender's on internal and external refinancing. there are extensive processes to follow and I use up to 25 different applications at time multi tasking is key to get job done this is all done while client is on line with me.
  • I have received awards and recognition from managers and was given opportunity to move to a loan officer role 3 times but decided to turn it down.
  • I have also been given surveys scores and feedback from my clients all have scored me at 100
  • I am leading on job training class training new hires in role to become as successful as am at this role.
